Instruction:
Remove the plastic tray from the box. Take the new mouth tray from the case and grab one whitening pen. Open the cap of the pen and twist it until a droplet of the whitening solution appears on the brush tip. Apply the solution to the front half of your teeth. Twist the bottom of the pen again for a fresh dose, then apply to the remaining teeth. Once finished, replace the cap on the pen and press the power button on the mouthpiece. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, centering the tray for comfort. Use the mouthpiece for 15 minutes, then remove it and rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece. Repeat as needed to achieve desired results. Do not use more than three times a day.

Instruction:
Use the teeth wipe to clean the upper and lower teeth to remove residue. Use the shade guide to compare «Before» and «After» results. Secure the red line on the end of the vitamin E swab to allow the liquid to flow to the other end. Apply the swab to your lips for comfort under the light. Remove the tray from the case and note which side of the front lens is marked on top. Bite down on the foam strips so they fit snugly against the front of your teeth. Do not bite the strips. Breathe normally through your nose and the air holes in the tray. Wear the glasses, make sure the light is turned on for 15 minutes, and place it ½ inch in front of the prefilled tray in your mouth. Turn on the light and relax. After the procedure, dispose of the mouthpiece and wipe your mouth with the blue wipe if necessary. Results may vary depending on the nature of the tooth discoloration. Additional prefilled trays may be needed to achieve desired results.
